While lately I've been looking around to find the humble followers of the meek and lowly Jesus, I felt great concern. Many who profess to wait for the soon coming of Christ is being formed to this world and seek more earnestly the cheers around him that God's approval. They are cold and formal, as the nominal churches of which were separated recently. The words to the church of Laodicea perfectly describe his current condition. (See Revelation. 3:14-20.) They are neither hot nor cold but lukewarm. And unless we heed the advice of "faithful and true Witness," zealously repent and get "gold refined by fire," "white robes" and "eyewash," the spit out of his mouth soon.
It is time that a large portion of those who once rejoiced and called for joy while waiting for the immediate coming of the Lord are on the level of the church and the world that once made fun of them believe that Jesus was coming, and circulated all sorts of lies to create prejudice against them and destroy their influence. Now, if someone is hungry and thirsty for the living God and justice, and God makes you feel their power and satisfy the yearnings of his soul infusing abundant love in your heart, and if God glorifies His praise, it is common that profess to believe in the soon coming of the Lord, he considered misleading and accuse him of being mesmerized or having a bad spirit.
Many who profess to be Christians, dress, talk and act like the world, and all so they can know is by what they profess. While waiting for Christ assert their conversation does not figure in the sky, but in the things of the world.
"How ought you in holy and pious way of life, waiting for and hastening the coming Day of God "(2 Peter 3:11, 12)" Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as He is pure . '(1 John 3:3) But it is clear that many of those who call themselves Adventists spend more to decorate their bodies and present a good appearance to the eyes of the world to learn from the Word of God how can they be approved him.
What if the beautiful Jesus, our sampler, appeared among them and among those who often profess the religion, as it appeared in the first advent? born in a manger. Let us follow him during his life and ministry. He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. Those who profess to be Christians are ashamed of the meek and humble Savior who led a simple seamless garment, and had nowhere to lay his head. Immaculate and devoted his life would condemn his holy solemnity imposed painful restrictions on its lightness and laughter vain. His frank conversation refrenarÃa worldly talks and greedy, his way of declaring the truth unvarnished penetrating manifest the true nature of them, and wish away as soon as possible to tame sampler, the gentle Jesus.
They would be among the first to seek to catch him in his words, and would raise the cry. "Crucify him! Crucify him! "
follow Jesus as he enters Jerusalem riding gently, when" the whole crowd of disciples began to rejoice and praise God in loud voices. . .
saying: Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven and glory in the highest! And some of the Pharisees in the crowd told him, "Teacher, rebuke your disciples. And he answered and said unto them, I tell you, if they keep quiet, the stones cry out. "A large portion of those who profess to wait for Christ require as much as the Pharisees demanded that the disciples were silent, and no doubt would raise the cry," Fanaticism! Mesmerism! 'Mesmerism! "And the disciples, who spread their garments and palm trees on the road, would be considered extravagant and wild. But God wants a people on earth that is not as cold and dead, but you can praise and glorify Him. Want receive the glory of some people, and if those who chose, who keep his commandments, they are silent, the stones will cry out.
Jesus is coming, but not, as in his first advent, a child in Bethlehem, not as rode to enter Jerusalem, when the disciples praised God with a loud voice and cried, "Hosanna!" but come in the glory of the Father and the entire entourage of saints angels to escort during transport to the earth. The whole sky was empty of angels, while the Saints are waiting, looking skyward, as did the Galileans when he ascended from the Mount of Olives. Then only those who are saints who have fully followed the meek
sampler will feel rapturous joy to behold and exclaim: "Behold, this is our God, we have waited, and save us." And they will be processed "in a moment, in the blink of an eye, at the last trump," trumpet that wakes the sleeping saints, and invites them to leave their beds of dust, covered with glorious immortality, and crying Victory! Victory over death and the grave! "The saints are then processed caught up with the angels to meet the Lord in the air, never to be separated from the object of his love.
With this perspective in front of us, so glorious hope , such a redemption that Christ purchased for us with their own blood, you shut up? Do not praise God with a loud voice, as did the disciples when Jesus rode into Jerusalem? Is not our approach much more glorious than they had then ? Who dares to glorify God forbid, even in a loud voice, when we have such hope, filled with immortality and glory?
We liked the powers of the world to come, and crave the most.
My whole being cries out for the living God, and I will never be satisfied until you are satisfied in all its fullness.
