VOID JUDGEMENT absolves MAPUCHE TEEN ACCUSED OF 4 terrorist crimes

Justice annulled the verdict and the trial that acquitted a teenager accused Mapuche by the public prosecutor of being the author of 4 crimes terrorist nature. The young man avoided for several days the police action despite being hit by shot in the leg moving under its own power to the trauma hospital in the capital where he was arrested by the PDI.
On June 24 the oral criminal court Angol Quijón Leonardo Pereira acquitted of the charges against him on charges of armed robbery, fire repeatedly, illegal possession of firearms and homicide Police frustrated in action, trial was overturned by the Second Chamber of the Court of Appeals of Temuco as indicated by the Minister Victor Reyes.
