peñi Mari mari pu, pu lamgen, well I'm Luis Marileo Cariqueo, I am of the Community Chief Jose Wink of the town of Ercilla.

Through this letter I want to present my situation, I am Mapuche political prisoner, a minor, remain detained in the prison of Chol Chol, for five months by order of the Court of Victoria, accusing me of Terrorist conspiracy.

Well here in has been very hard for me to address this injustice that is happening against my people. I think you can see the great assembly, lies and false accusations against us, through faceless witnesses whom the State and the Judicial System are paid big money to testify lies against us, so through this letter I give my strongest protest against the Chilean Government is directly responsible for our brothers are imprisoned and some dead, recalling in particular the child, like us, Alex Lemun Pern, and coincidentally the young Catrileo, Collio and Cisterna.

not happy and comfortable with these murders, we now imprison us children, like my peñi, Cristian Cayupan (8 months jail), Jose Ñirripil (2 months jail) and he peñi Quijon Leonardo, who, after 6 months jail He was acquitted the civil courts and this verdict overturned and in this case clearly applies double jeopardy, trial will be held in October.

Thus denounced the violation of our rights as children and young people by the Chilean State and the Judiciary, who deprive us of our freedom to study, to be with our families, who have been victimized by years of harassment by this State, because our guys have been imprisoned, abused our mothers, grandmothers and sisters kids.
