Chol Chol prisoners complain of abuse of Gendarmerie

1 .- The Mapuche Political Prisoners under Chol Chol declare the public dealings insulting to us by the gendarmerie during transportation to court when we had to introduce ourselves.
These deals are manifested in rough handling while we are shackled hand and foot with little chance of movement, this same situation live during the time we spend in the transfer vehicle "butcher" where gendarmerie takes advantage of our immobility to shake the car and can thus produce any accident.
denounce still not being recognized by the Chilean State oppressor, as minors responsible for the crimes they accuse us, by due process, are treated as criminals by gendarmerie through their control measures exaggerated compared to the minimum used for the juveniles incarcerated for criminal offenses.
These actions will manifest racism and stigmatization n the struggle of the Mapuche people.
2 .- Referring the statements made the previous weeks by TVN, the protected witness, we denounce our ultimate repudiation of these events and we are aware that the Chilean government has no real proof of the crimes they accuse us, that is why we must resort to these dirty strategies, which are what keep us in prison for so long.
These statements only come to corroborate the allegations that we have expressed for years about the slander, lies and accusations that prepares the Chilean government, using such witnesses to the Mapuche people.
3 .- From Jail Chol Chol, we express our full support to our prison hunger strikers, who day by day struggle for the demands of our people.

PUBLIC RELEASE SECOND.
Coña Andrés Ignacio Gutierrez, the Mapuche political prisoner from the high security prison tell our Mapuche people and the general general public, the following:
1 .- for 19 days di home and joined Mapuche political prisoners Concepcion, Angol and Temuco in a hunger strike liquid indefinitely which is intended, the end of the implementation of the Terrorism Act in cases against Mapuche Freedom Mapuche political prisoners that are in different jails.
2 .- In this strike and I have lost over 7 kilos of weight, having problems in my health, manifesting itself in headaches and decompensation in pressure.
3 .- with no response from the state Chileno, summons to address this once and for all the situation of the Mapuche political prisoners.
4 .- And last I call on all Mapuche organizations and non-Mapuche, students, workers and anyone who feels that our demands are fair to mobilize and to demonstrate its dissatisfaction with the crude judicial assemblies have been victimized by prosecutors and civil and uniformed police forces, orchestrated by governments.
